After studying at the University of British Columbia School of Architecture, Todd Ashton, Aumer Assaf and Carole Lévesque have followed different career paths. Todd has worked with prominent architecture firms in New York City and Montreal while pursuing an interest in sustainable design. Carole received a PhD from the Université de Montréal, has recently published a book on temporary architectural installations, À propos de l'inutile en architecture, and is currently a professor at the American University of Beirut in Lebanon. Aumer returned to his native Edmonton and founded, together with the industrial designer Sid Assaf, the office of ciTy inTerviewed, a multidisciplinary design studio engaging projects from the scale of urban planning to graphics. They have collaborated as ciTy inTerviewed over the years, with the latest effort being this submission for the Strip Appeal competition.
